30 films will compete in "Golden minbar"

“Golden minbar” International Muslim Cinema festival is going to be taken up in Kazan. There 30 films are taking part. Ten of them are full-length films, other tens are short-length films and the lasts are documentary films. Also there some films which are not participants of the competition, they will be presented to spectators as well.

One of the managers of the festival is Ministry of Culture of Tatarstan. The festival is dated to 16-22 of October, after a Great Muslim month Ramadan. Guests, film producers and actors are waited from Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Germany, Turkey, Iran, and India, even from Hollywood. Totally 196 films from 37 countries are presented to the judges of festival. The festival seems to be more rich  wih its content and more qualitative than ever.
