Flowers Festival

This festival is conducted annually by initiative of the city administration. Any person or organisation can participate the event. The festival takes place on the central square of the city. Flowers are presented in different forms and combinations. During the festival visitors have a chance to buy seeds of favourite flowers or exotic plants. The culmination of the event is the choosing a winner – a composer of the best bouquet, composition, or flower sculpture.
