The International modern music festival "Europe-Asia". The festival was established by the Union of Composers of Tatarstan in 1994. It is held in March every two years in Kazan and in other cities of the republic – Naberezhnye Chelny and Almetyevsk. As a result of this festival Tatarstan has become a centre of attraction for many modern composers and performers all over the world.
